New Rest House For Punjab Police In Lahore

Arif Nawaz Khan (Punjab Inspector General Police Captain (retd)) laid the foundation of a Punjab Police rest house in Lahore just to help and facilitate the officials.

The rest house will be at Qurban lines where police officials who visit Lahore to perform their duties and responsibilities will provide accommodation and other facilities for the wellbeing of police officials.

IGP order to complete the building early, said that “providing them building for accommodation this will positively influence the moral and performance of the police force“.

He also directed the concerned officers to ensure effective monitoring and timely competition of all new projects for the welfare of police officers and officials so they not have to face difficulties.

The ceremony was attended by MD IC3 Ali Amir Malik, DIG Telecommunication Shahid Javed, DIG Traffic Farooq Mazhar and many other officers. AIG Development Ahsan Younas and SSP Telecommunication Dr Abid gave detailed briefing to IG Punjab about main plan and construction of rest house for officers.
